holy cow, that was pretty good. Not only the episode, but also the preview of next weeks. Next week, Graham is getting what has been coming to him since season 5! Jack said something along the lines" I will make you feel a pain I can't even describe." Now that is what I have been looking forward to for a year. Oh man, madness. I think that Jack's dad knows a little more then he says he knows. But we'll see next week. Good show, good show. Wahli got kicked up a bit. I thought he was going to be shanked, but I knew he was going to get caught in there.

So today, I finally sat down and put together My first Wii sight which I have decided to call "Mark I". So I started at 5, sat at the kitchen table and worked on it till 6:30, So it wasn't bad. So, I started with a well bailer, and I cut it in half. I then sanded down the edges a bit so I wouldn't cut myself. So I took a ruler and drew a straight line down the whole body of the tube in permanent marker so I would know to align the rail straight. After that, I screwed in a Picatttiny rail looted from an airsoft gun. After that, I tested the red dot sight and it seemed to hold.
After I had that adjusted on there, I decided to figure out where I was going to position the actual remote in the body. So I marked it, and cut out the whole side. Afterwards, I slipped into the Mark I an extra M4 stock from one of my airsoft guns. After that, I adjsuted the remote inside it with a velcro strap and I was good to go. So I took it to the wii boxing match and Kevin, Jason, and I got to break it in. Overall, I was quite disappointed. The Sight didn't perform as I had expected. It seems that the Mark I throws off the wii remote's sensors so when I would point the remote down, my guy would be looking up and so on and so forth. So it looks like I will have to scrap the Mark I and move onto the Mark II. We'll see if that one works out. (my arms are dead tired after that bit of Wii boxing by the way. Working out in the lawn with a pick axe really didn't help out either.)
The lines to be cut to hold the wiimote.

Self explanatory. I tried playing CS Source today and I found out that I am not as good as I used to be. In fact, I am worse. I can't even compete with the noobs anymore. I can't understand why. It's like a ceased to be good at it. oh well, more time for me to read and paint. Speaking of which, I worked on my little project a bit. So today I just basically added some of the flames for that giant cloud of explosion I planned on putting in there. I added a red silohuette of jack up in the topleft. Anyways, I'm gonna add some more detail to the flames and make the 24 stand out a little more so you can see it better. So far so good though. So, I've been getting some flak about my wiisight Idea. Hey, If it will give me something to do, and possibly enhance my game playing experiences in redsteel, then I'm willing to try it.

So I finished up with my chemistry exam today so that leaves Algebra 2 left. I just finished studying and I plan on hitting the books again pretty soon. In other news, I started a new book awhile back called "Teeth of the Tiger". Yes it is another Tom Clancy novel. I was severely disappointed with Red Rabbit, which I really had to put down due to the characters being stuck in the same spot for around 220 pages or so. but this one is shaping up to be pretty good. It started out with an Israeli spook getting knifed after going for a dead drop. Ok a bit of espionage lingo in there, I'll explain. Spook= field operative, like a spy. Usually gathers intelligence. Dead drop= a trap for an enemy field operative to pick up and get caught/killed. Ya so that dude, who turns out to be a Chief of Mossad (Israeli intelligence Agency) in the rome division. So he was knifed in the bathroom and made it look like he was mugged. pretty sweet for only 4 pages in. I'm hoping it will get better, It looks like it, but we'll see.

3 exams done, 2 to go! So I was taking my exam yesterday and I was finishing up on my essay and then I realized I had some weird tick. After every word I wrote, I twisted my pencil between my fingers once. I don't how or when I picked it up, but that is just some weird thing I noticed. I have also been told that I hold my pencil weird? Somebody should verify the weirdness of my pencil gripping just so I have some sort of clarity. Moving on, I finished typing out LOH chapter 8 yesterday. (I'm sure only kevin cares) I'm starting on chapter 9 tonight and I'm hoping to get it done by around the end of next week. I'm hoping to end the whole saga by the end of the school year (hopefully) and putting the book together by then. So, 24 last night was pretty intense!!! I'm sorry to say that my fears came true last night. Chloe confirmed that Jack actually did kill Curtis, So we won't be seeing him anymore. ( RIP Curtis) And last night was one of the biggest twist I have ever seen. It turns out that the guy from season 5 that gave Jack's whereabouts to the chinese and actually got him sent to china was his own brother!!! The same guy who was influencing Logan! Oh man!! When Jack finds out he will be pissed! Seriously, I don't care if he is Jack's brother, I want him dead! Oh man, he is also responsible for Palmer's death! I hope Jack finds this all out. It will definetly make this season very much more enjoyable than it already is.

So there is this one church close to my house that I always pass by on the way to school. They have one of those big like theater bilboards with the slide letters that put on there (you know what I mean.) well, their church leaders put up a message of the week up there and one of them really stood out to me, so much that I regret not taking a picture of it and putting it on here. Well, I remember I was rocking out to my tunes and I just stopped to look at it. The message said "There Isn't an easy button in a burning hell!" And that was all that it said. Well to be honest, I chuckled at the sight of it, but after I got thinking, what kind of a message is that church portraying. Now in the past, they've had some really good messages on there but I still can't get this one out of my mind. "There isn't an easy button in a burning hell" isn't exactly a way to encourage people to come to church. Not only that, but what must people driving by think when they see that message while they were driving. I'd also like to know what the person who wanted that message put up there was thinking. Is this the kind of message we want people portraying? I'm pretty sure I'll have some more thoughts on this later, maybe even a picture of the message board from the church down the street.

So this was the project I was speaking of in my last post. So far, that's all I've had time to work on. I'm planning on outlining the other half of his face with red and then adding an explosion in the upper left hand corner. Basically it's gonna be a set of three different jack pics rolled into 1 with my own twist. I'm hoping it turns out good, by the looks of things so far, it isn't really a waste of time. I may even enter it into our school's independent art show. I'll be updating with progress on this thing when ever I have time to get around to it. Hopefully it will be worth jack bauer's image but we'll see.

My week has been purty rad so far. Just found out that my algebra 2 test Did not result in a failure, so it's all good in the hood. Recently, I've been trying my hand at some painting. I've been trying to teach myself and so far, I think I'm pretty much on the right track. My current project is a little 24 portrait. So far, all I've got is half of Jack's face and the 24 sign but that's about it. NExt post, i'll be trying to figure out how to put some pictures on this here thing. hopefully i'll be able to get kevin;s help, but maybe I can figure it out myself. oh well. for all you LOH readers, (only kevin) i'm working on the chapter 8, so be prepared! this one is gonna be a doozy!
